Dog Friendly
Dogs are very welcome here at No.2. We provide two dog bowls, blanket, doggie bags and a treat. Our gardens are dog safe with private, fully enclosed gardens. There is a grass area in each garden and a hose pipe to wash muddy paws.
As a general guide, two average sized dogs or 3 smaller ones fit comfortably in our accommodation, however we've found that depending on size, we can accommodate more. Please message us directly to discuss.
The local area has an abundance of fabulous walks, whether you're looking for beaches, woods or a stroll along the promenade, there's something to suit everyone.
Aside from our award-winning local beach in Filey, we're just a short drive from Scarborough's North and South Bays, Flamborough Head and Bempton Cliffs. Dalby Forest is our local forest, but if you're looking for woodland a bit closer to home, Raincliffe Woods and Forge Valley are a beautiful place to loose yourself for an afternoon. If you fancy a longer adventure, the Cleveland Way is on our doorstep- you can join it in Filey and saunter up the coast to Scarborough, or head over to Scalby Mills on the far side of Scarborough and adventure North towards Hayburn Wyke and Robin Hood's Bay.
